To Wit, By virtue of my office these are in His Majesty's name to
Charge and command you that on sight hereof you Summon and
twenty four good and sufficient men of your Parish personally
to be and appear before me on Tuesday the second day of December
instant at four of the Clock in the afternoon of the same day at
Wood Street
Prison situate in the Ward aforesaid
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be
given them in Charge and to inquire for our Sovereign Lord the
King touching the death of

you attend at the time and place abovementioned to make
return of the names of those whom you shall have so
Summoned and further to do and execute such other
matters a shall be then and there enjoined you and have
