Informations of Witnesses taken at
the Parish of Saint Mildred in the Ward
Ward of Cheap the 5th. day of November
1788 on view of the Body of Michael
Swann then and there lying dead

George Bridge< no role > of No.22 Holborn London Apothecary
maketh Oath and saith that he hath attended the
deced are Apothecary since Michaelmas day last
that dwing that time the deced has been very ill
but not from any disorder but merely a Natural
decay of Naturethatthe deced appearing to be
an Old Man

Eleanor Russell< no role > a Prisoner in the Poultry Compter
maketh Oath and saith she sat who with the deced
the whole of Monday Night last that the he also
attended him the most part of Tuesday that the
deced departed this Life about ½ part 4 OClock on
Tuesday Evening
