Fleett Knight and Alderman of the said Citty two of her Majties: Justices of the peace within the
Citty aforesaid whereof the said Major ann of the Quorum and one of us dwelling neare to the
parish of St: Dyonis Backchurch London according to the forme of the Statute made for relief of
the poore Doe by these presents nominate authorize and appoint Mr. Robert pernell< no role > Mr.John
[mark] Blackhall Mr. Henry Hankey< no role > Mr: Richard James< no role > Mr: Joseph Hayne< no role > or Mr: Isaac Bennan< no role >
Mr: Richard Bayly< no role > Mr: John Goodlad< no role > Mr. John Dawson< no role > Mr: William Ingram< no role > Mr: James

London & Substantiall House holders within the said parish of St: Dyonis Backchurch London
to be and to be callers overseers of the poors of the parish aforesaid and they or any Five of them to
joyne with Mr: James Webster< no role > and Mr: John Barker< no role > Citizens of London & Church Warden of ye
said parish to doe performe [..] all matters & things whatsoever according to the purpose &
true morning of the Statute aforesaid from the Feast of Easter now fast pan on till the Feast
of Easter now next Ensueing In Witness whereof Wee the said Mr. Robert Backchurch of and
Jr John Fleett< no role > have herein to sett our hands & [..] the twenty third day of May-
Anno Dud 1712 and in the Eleventh yeare of the [..] of our Sovereigne Lady At [..] by
the grace of God of Great Brittaine France & Ireland Queene Defender of the Faith
