This is to give Notice,

THAT a Committee of the Parish of St. Dionis
Backchurch, London, will meet on Wednesday
the Ninth Day of August, at the Bull Inn at Ware,
between the Hours of Eleven and One o'Clock, to
receive Proposals for Letting upon Lease, for a Term
not exceeding Twenty-one Years, A Close of Arable
Land, known by the Name of the Twelve Acres, and
a Piece of Meadow Ground containing near Three
Acres, adjoining to the River, both in the Parish of
Ware and County of Hertford, now in the Occupa-
tion of Mr. Thomas Green< no role > upon Lease, which will
expire at Michaelmas next.

N.B. To prevent Trouble, such Persons as intend to give in
their Proposals, are desired to say the most they will give per Annum
for the above Land, to hold on Lease for the Term of 21 Years
from Michaelmas next, 1775.
