Whereas I with my Inquest the Day and year
hereunder written have taken the View of a Male Infant
lately found dead in the Church of St. Dionis Backchurch
And have proceeded therein According to Law, These
are to Certifie that upon may Lawfully permit the
Body of the sd. Infant to be buried, And for yours so
doing this shall be your Warrant Give Under my
Hand and Seal this 12th: day of Febry. 1753 .
