Whereas I Will my Inquest the Day and year hereunder
written [..] of the Body of on Elizabeth Saunders< no role >
who lately Drowned herself with in your Parish being Lunatics
And have proceeds therein According to Law, These are to
Certifie that you may Lawfully permit her Body to be
buried, And for your so doing this shall be your
Warrant Given Under my hand and coal this
