and Liberties.

WHEREAS Frances Smith< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Dionis backchurch
in the City of London , single Woman , in her
voluntary Examination taken this Day in Writting, and upon
Oath, before me (one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace, in and for the said City and Liberties) hath
declared that she is now with Child, which Child
is likely to be born a Bastard, and to become charge-
able to the said Parish of Saint Dionis backchurch
and that
William Manning< no role > late of Stockwell
in the County of Surrey Carpenter
is the Father of the said Bastard Child: And whereas
William Thomas Hunter< no role > Overseer of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Dionis
backchurch
oath made Application unto me for the immediate
Apprehending the said [..] William Manning< no role >
to Answer to the Premises:

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to
authorize and require you, and every of you, to
apprehend the said William Manning< no role >
and to bring him before me, or some other of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace , for this City and Liberties, that
he be proceeded against as the Law directs. Given
under my Hand and Seal, this 29th Day
of July in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety five
