Examination taken this Day in Writing, and upon Oath,
before me (one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace, in
and for the said City and Liberties) hath declared that she
is now with Child, which Child is likely to be born a
Bastard and to become chargeable to the said Parish of
Saint Dionis and that

is the Father of the saidBastard Child: And

Overseer of the Poor of the said
Parish of St Dionis hath made Application
unto me, for the immediate Apprehending the said

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to
authorize and require you, and every of you, to appre-
hend the said Thomas Rayner< no role > and
to bring him before me, or some other of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace , for this City and Liberties, that
he be proceeded against as the Law directs Given
