WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, (Two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , in and for the County of
Surrey) by you, the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Savior, Southwark , in the said County of Surrey , That Thomas
Hulgrave
< no role > is
lately come to inhabit in the said
Parish, endeavouring to settle himself
there, contrary to Law, not
having gained a legal Settlement there, nor produced a Certificate,
acknowledging his Settlement of be elsewhere;
and that the said Thomas Hulgrave is
become chargeable to the said Parish,
And whereas, upon Examination of the said Thomas Hulgrave< no role >
taken upon Oath, before Us, the said Justices, and upon
other Circumstances, We, the said Justices, do adjudge the said Premises
to be true; and do also adjudge that the Parish of Saint DionisBack Street
Back church in the
City of London
is the last legal Settlement of the said Thomas Hulgrave< no role >

THESE are, therefore, in His Majesty< no role > 's Name, to command you,
the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Savior, Southwark , to remove and convey the said Thomas Hulgrave< no role >
from the said Parish of Saint Savior, Southwark , to the said, Parish of
Saint Dionis Back church and Him- to deliver to the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, who are required to receive
and provide for Him according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, the 29th Day of January in the
Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety [..] four .

To the Churchwarens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Savior, Southwark , in the County of
Surrey; and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Dionis Back church
in the City of London
