SURRY, to wit.

To the Constables of the Parish of Saint Thomas
Sounthwark
in the Said County, and also to the Constables, Headboroughs,
Tythingmen, and other his Majesty's Officers of the Peace
whom it may concern to receive and convey. And to the
Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor,
of the Parish, Place, or Percinct of Saint Dionas Back
Church in the City of London
or either of them, to receive and obey

WHEREAS Grace Flint< no role > a singlewoman
was
apprehended in the Parish of Saint Thomas aforesaid
as Rogue and Vagabond and upon Examination of the said Gracee
Flint taken before me, one of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for this County, upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto annexed)
it doth appear; That She is a
Rogue
and Vagabond according to the Intent and Meaning of the Statute in that
Case made and provided; and that the Place of Their last legal Set
tlement is at the said Parish of Saint Droner [..]
Backchurch in the City of London
These are therefore to require you the said Constable, or other Officer to convey
the said Vagabondto the Parish
of Saint Magrm [..] that being the first Parish in the
next Percinct through which she ought to pass, in the next direct
Way to the Parish of Saint Dionas to which she is to
be sent and to deliver her to the Constables or other Officers of such
Parish, in such next Parish, together with this Pass, and the duplicate of the
Examination of the [..] Vagabond, taking his Receipt for the same. And the
said Vagabond [..] to be from thence conveyed on,
in like Manner, [..] Dionas there
to be delivered to some [..] den, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the
Poor of the said Parish, to be there provided for according to Law. And you
the said Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor, are
hereby required to receive the said Person and provide for her as
aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal, this 13th Day of
July in the Year of our Lord 176 4
