of the Parish of Croydon in the County of Surrey

Wee the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dionis
Backchurch in the City of London do hereby Certify that We do own and Acknowledge
Daniel Crossland< no role > of Croydon in the County of Surrey Barber Surgeon to be an Inhabitant
legally Selled in our said Parish, and We do hereby Promise for an Selves and Suno Seers
to [..] to an said Parish where ever he Shall become chargeable ove [..] have
himself Provided he hath not Obtained any Subsequent Settlement. In Witnesse
whereof We the said Church Wardens and Overseers have hereunto Respectively Sett our
hands and Seals the fourth day of July. 1728 .
