To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate us the Said County
and also to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Dionis Backchurch in the City of
London

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto as whose hands
and Seales are hereunto Sett two of her Majestice Justices of
the pease for the Said County (Quor nuns) by the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Giles
without Criplegate in the Said County that Sarah
Kellow
< no role > it lately come into the Said Parish Endeavouring
to Settle herself there without giveing notice in Writing
to the said Churchwardens or Overseers of the poor or any
one them of the Statute in that Case made & provided
and that ill alsoe appeares unto us by the Complaint
of the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Said Parish that the Said Sarah Kellow< no role > is likely to
become chargeable to the Said Parish, and whereas itt
appeared unto of the Said Justice upon the Oath of the
Said Sarah Kellow< no role > that She came from and out of the
Parish of St Dionis Backchurch in the City of London
where She wab a hired Servant to one Mr. Thomas
Lediard in Phillpott Lane for the Spare of Six upwards
And that She was never our house [..] keeper or
ever attained any other legall Settlement elsewhere
Therefor upon the Proofe aforesaid Wee doe hereby
Judge and deem the last legall Settlement of the
Said Sarah Kellow< no role > to be in the Said parish of St.
Dionis Backchurch in this City of London
These are therefore in her Majestice name Strictly
to charge and Command you and every of you
forthwith upon Light hereof to remind and Convey
the Said Sarah Kellow< no role > from the Said Parish of
St. Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County to
to the Said parish of St. Dionis Backchurch in
the City of London . And deliver her unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there
who are hereby required to provide for her
according to Law hereof fail not att your perills
Given order our hands and Seales that 20 day of
October Aunn Dud 1713 .
