The condicon of this obligacon is such. That if the above bound Joseph Riley< no role > & Mary Riley< no role >
or either of them their or either of their executors or admstrators or any of them at their either
or any of their owne proper costs and charges doe and shall from time to time and at all times hereafter
acquite and discharge or otherwise well and sufficiently save and keepe harmeles the above named
Charles Ryves< no role > and William Phillips< no role > Churchwardens for the time being of the Parish of St: Dionys
Backchurch London, and either of them and their Successors and all and every other person & persons
which now are, or hereafter shall bee Inhabitants in the aforesaid Parish of for touching and concerneing
the keepeing and maintenance of William Riley< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife the father and mother of ye
said Joseph Riley< no role > and Mary Riley< no role > who are now entertegned by Thomas Henchman< no role > Bricklayer
to dwell or sojourne in the now dwelling house of the said Thomas Henchman< no role > Scituate in the Parish
of St. Dionys Backchurch aforesaid and of all such person or persons as may bee brought by the said
William Riley< no role > and Mary Riley< no role > or either of them into the said house there with then or either to inhabite
And of and from all and all manner of costs charges and expences whatsoever which shall or may in any
wise at any time or times hereafter arise happen grow or bee imposed upon the said Churchwardens
or their successors and the Inhabitants of the said Parish or any of them for or towards the keepeing &
maintenance of the said William Riley< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife or either of them or of any other
person and persons that they or either of them shall bring into the said house with
them or either of them there to inhabite And of and from all accons Suites charges troubles
impeachments and demands whatsoever touching or concerneing the same That then this obligacon
to bee void or els it to Stand and remaine in full force and vertue.
