The condicon of this obligacon is such That whereas a male child or infant was lately in the Greenyard neare
Limestreete within the bounds of the Parish of St Dionys Backs church London which child the above named John
Alsop and Francis Drinkewater< no role > the prsent Churchwardens of the said Parish did lately to the charge of the said
parish and caused him to bee Baptised at the Said church which child now goeth by the name of Andrew Dionys
And whereas the said Church wardens haveing notice of the Grandmother and Mother of the said child did in
make Strict Search for them, and did afterwards desist and for [..] eare to make any further inquiry after them up on
the request of the above bound Susanna Padmone, and upon her promise and agreement to indempnify the said
parish concerneing the charge of mainteining the said child for the future of therefore the said Susanna as
Padmore< no role > her executors or admstrators or any of them at her their or any of their onone proper costo and charges
doe and Shall from time to time and at all times hereafter acquite and discharge or otherwise well and
Sufficientiy save and keepe harmeles and indempnified the said John Alsop< no role > and Francis Drinkewater and
either of them and their Surressers in the office of Churchwarden of the said Parish and all and every in
other person and persons which now are or hereafter Shall bee Inhabitants in the aforesaid parish of for an
touching and concerneing the future keeping and mainteining of the said Andrew Dionys< no role > , and of and from all and
all manner of costs charges and expences whatsoever which shall or may in any manner or wife at any time
or times hereafter arise happen or come unto or bee involved upon the said Church wardens and Inhabitants
of the said Parish or any of them for or towards the keeping and maintenance of the said Andrew Dionys< no role > and of
and from all accons suits charges troubles impeachments and demands whatsoever or touching or concerne
ing the same; That then this obligacon to bee void ; Or els it to Stand and remaine in full force and
