The Minutes of the last Vestry of the 15th. April
read and Confirmed also the Account Current read
of Mr. Stephen Hall< no role > late Church Warden upon which
there appear'd to be a Balance of Thirty Pounds eight
shillings and eight pence due to the Parish and paid
over to Mr. Barry, the present Church Warden.

Monument to
Mrs. Craven

After the Order for the Church Rate was made as
abovementioned, Mr. John Craven< no role > desired he might
have Liberty to erect a Monument in the Church in
Memory of his Wife, and offer'd to give the Parish
Ten Guineas if his Proposal was accepted.

Mr. Hudson acquainted the Vestry, that Dr. Lynch
Rector of this Parish, had been applied to on the
occasion and given his Consent.

After some debate It was moved that Mr. Craven's
Proposal be accepted, and being seconded, the
Question was put and Carried in the Affirmative.

Ordered That Mr. Craven be at Liberty to erect
a Monument in the South East Corner of the Church
over the Center of the Pew where he and his Family
now sit, or near thereunto, the same not to exceed
Five Feet six Inches in Height, and two feet eight
Inches in Width; in Consideration of ten Guineas
to be paid to the Church Warder for the use of the
Parish.

This Vestry was then adjourn'd till another
Summons should be issued.
