and Mr. Hawkins< no role > (late Overseers) Mr. Maynard, Mr.
Green, Mr. Rutt, Mr. Robins, Mr. Boyd, Mr. Palmer,
Mr. Barber, and Mr. Arch or any three of them be
appointed Auditors to audit the Account of Mr. Church
Warden Colebrooke< no role > , the same to be audited in one
month after Ascension day.

Poor in
Workhouse

Mr. Church Warden Colebrooke acquainted the Vestry
that there were eighteen Poor in the Parish Workhouse
at Hoxton (including Children) at this time; and that
no complaints had been made by any of the Poor in the
Workhouse dining the time he had been Church warden.

Mr. Colebrooke then adjourned the Vestry till another
summons should be issued.

This Vestry was held pursuant to public notice given
in the Church to consider whether Mr. Hannay should be
admitted to Fine for the Office of Church Warden and on
other affairs.

The Minutes of the last Vestry of the 4th. day of April
Instant were read over. Also an Order of Vestry made on
the 17th. day of April 1740. whereby Mr. Wm. Farnworth< no role >
was admitted to Fine for the Office of Church Warden, and
another Church Warden elected in his room.

Ordered that so much of the Minutes of the last
Vestry of the 4th. Instant as relates to the Election of
Mr. Hannay to the Office of Church Warden be revoked.

Then Mr. Maynard moved that Mr. Hannay be
admitted to fine for the said Office and being seconded
the Question was put and Carried in the Affirmative.

Ordered that Mr. Samuel Hannay be excused
from
