severally put up to serve the Offices of Collectors and
Sidesmen for the year ensuing and Chose.

Ordered that Mr. John Bennett< no role > be continued
Organistm, and Mr. George Griffin< no role > Tuner and Cleaner
of the Organ.

Sexton

Parish Warder

John Iselton< no role > was put up and Chose Sexton, Bellows
-blower and Parish Warder. And It was Ordered that
Ten pounds five shillings be given to him as a
Gratuity over and above his Salary for his Service
during the past year.

Parish Clerk

Several Gentlemen present having took notice that
the Gratuity to Mr. Oswin the Parish Clerk had been
insufficient for his trouble and Attendance. It was
Resolved that the said Gratuity be augmented for the
future.

Ordered that a Sum not exceeding Thirty one
Pounds ten shillings be paid to Mr. Oswin as a Gratuity
for his attendance during the last year, ending at Lady
day; upon the usual Condition that he doth not collect
any Money from the Parishioners for Dues or Wages.

Engine Keeper

Then John Iselton< no role > was put up and Chose
Keeper of the Fire Engines for the year ensuing.

Overseers

Mr. George Maynard< no role > and Mr. James Green< no role > two of
the late Overseers desired to be excused from being put
in Nomination for that office the ensuing year.

Then Mr. Joseph Richardson< no role > (the present Church-
-Warden) Mr. Peter Pope< no role > , Mr. William Arch< no role > This name instance is in set 1505. , and Mr.
Thomas Hudson< no role > were severally Nominated to be
Overseers of the Poor for the year ensuing.

Auditors

Ordered that Mr. Maynard. Mr. Pope, Mr. Green
and Mr. Arch, late Overseers, Mr. Hudson, Mr. Rutt, Mr.
James, Mr. Lem, Mr. Viner, Mr. Hebert, and Mr. Allen, or
any three of them be appointed Auditors to Audit the
Account of Mr. Church Warden Richardson the same to
be Audited in one Month after Ascension Day.

Rota

Ordered that the Name of Izrael Mauduitt< no role > Esqr . be
left out in the List of Inhabitants upon the Rota for the
Office of Church Warden, he not being eligible to serve
that Office by reason of Non Residence
