The Minutes of the last Vestry of the 11th. April read
and Confirmed.

Philpot Lane< no role >
house

This Vestry was held pursuant to Public Notice
given in the Church to take into further Consideration
the Repairs necessary to be done at the House in
Philpot Lane< no role > in the Occupation of Mr. Theed, And Mr.
Maynard acquainted the Gentleman present That by
taking down the Party Wall some Alteration was necessary
to be made in the Stair Case that could not be foreseen.
when the former Estimates were taken and the Agreement
made between the Committee and Mr. Theed.

Then Mr. Hudson delivered an Estimate of the
Expence of Erecting Two new Stories of Stairs in the
said House with the Alterations to be occasioned
thereby, amounting to the Sum of Forty Pounds.

Ordered that the said Estimate be read and the
same was read accordingly.

Mr. Maynard then Moved that Mr. Theed be
allowed the Sum of Twenty Pounds upon his Erecting
Two new Stories of Staris and compleating the Altera-
-tions mentioned in the said Estimate; The same to be
deducted out of the First Rent that Shall become
payable in respect of the Said House. And being Seconded
the Question was put and Carried in the Affirmative
And It was Ordered accordingly.

Agreement with
New River Company

Ordered That so much of the Order of Vestry of the
15th. of December last as related to the Agreement with the
New River Company for the Two Pieces of Ground
adjoining to the Meadow at Ware be now read, and the
same was read accordingly. And Mr. Maynard observed
that
