Ordered that the Church Wardens etc. be Empowered to Shud Such of the
Parish Pentioners to the Work house as they shall think fitt allowing for
their maintainance a Sums: not exceeding 3s. P Week each (Exclusive of
Cloths & Physick)


Ordered That the prsent C: Wardens & Overseers be Empowered to redress
such Persons as are Aggrieved by the Church Rate & also to Exempt such
Persons as are not able to pay the Same. And if they cannot Settle ye hires
complained of then to refer to the ordinary, and if the Party's refuse to Submitt
thereto then the Church Wardens are to Sue for the Same & be indemnified
A New Lease ordered to be granted to Mr Green Reprsentative of Mr
Cass of the Lands at Ware for 14 Years to Commence from Michas last at ye
Yearly Rent of £17 payable half Yearly

The Account of the Charges Demanded of this Parish by the Pish
of Allhallow's Lombard Street for the Maintaince of Diverse poor People
belonging to both Parishes (late Servante at the Green Dragon Alehouse in
Leadenhall Markett) amounting to £20:7s:3d. being one half part laid before
the Vestry. Moved that the present Church Warden's should be empowered to
settle the sd. Account with the C: Warden's of Alhallow's & to Allow for the
Maintainance of each person not exceeding 1s: P Head by the Week & to be 285 286.
