Expire at Michmas next old therefore Moved That a
Committee be Appointed to go down and View the Lands there
and see if they were kept in good Heart and no
Encroachments made thereon And to Consider whether
the same should be Let at the now Reserved Rent Or Raise
the Rent And to treat with the Present Tenant or any other
Person or Persons for that Purpose And being Seconded the
Question was put on the said Motion And carry'd in the
Affirmative

A Comittee Appointed

Ordered That the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor be a Committee for that Purpose And that they
Do Report their Opinion to the Vestry

Ordered that the Church Wardens and Overseers
be a Committee Also to Inspect the State and Condition of
the Parish House and Lands at Collier Row in the County of Essex
and See if the same be kept in Repair according to the
Covenants in the Lease from the Parish which will Expire
at Xtmas 1758 And Also take an account of what Timber
and other Trees are Standing and Growing on the Premisses
and that they Report their Opinion to the Vestry

Benefactors Ordered
to be Enlarged And to
Insert the Names of those
that had been Omitted

Ordered That the Table of the Worthy
Benefactors to this Parish be Enlarged and if any of
the Benefactors Names have of late been Omitted That
They Be Inserted in such Table And that the Church
Wardens Do give proper Directions accordingly.
