Mr Weed and Mr. Hool chose
Sidesmen . x x

Then Mr Samuel Weed< no role > and Mr Willm: Hool were Severally Putt
up for Sidesmen, and chose.

Auditors appointed to Audit Mr
Hussey's Account.

Ordered That any five of the Gentlemen of this parish who
have passed the Office of Church Warden should be Impowered to
audit the Accounts of Mr Seamour Hussey< no role > .

Mr Churchwarden Hussey Reportd
that the Comittee had treated with
Mr Saunders for grant a new Lease
of his House for 21 years at 30 P
Ann from Michmas next.


and that Mr Saunders was willing
to take it upon those Terms & do
all of necessary repairs amo to £40
& parish allowing £20 thereof

Afterwards Mr Church Warden Hussey reported from the
Comittee appointed by an order of Vestry of the fifth Febry 1728.
That the said Comittee had treated with Mr Saunders the prsent Tenant
of a House in Philpot Lane which comes into this parish at
Michmas next. and that Mr Saunders was willing to take as
Lease thereof for twenty one Years at the prsent Rent of thirty
pounds P ann, and do all such necessary Repairs as appeared
wanting to be done upon a View of an able Workman which
amounted to Forty pounds, and Upwards the parish allowing him
£20 towards the Repairs.

The Report Considered, and Agreed
to grant Mr Saunders a Lease
[..] the Terms aforesaid.

And the Matter of the said Report was taken into Consideracon
and the Question afterwards put by Mr Churchwarden whether
they should Grant a Lease of the House in Philpot Lane to Mr Saunders
upon the Terms reported by the Comittee it passed in the
Affirmative Nem Contradicente.

Ordered that Articles be prepared
for that purpose.

Whereupon some Gentlemen that were prsent acquainted the
Vestry that it was requisite Mr Saunders shod. enter into Articles for
that purpose, and the Question being put it passed in the Affirmative
Nem Con. And a Draft ordered to be drawn accordingly.

Mr Hussey also Reported that sd
Comittee had examined into the
State of ye Land at Ware lately
[..] by Benj Pattman< no role > and that
[..] Aaron Cash< no role > was willing to
[..] a Lease thereof at £6..10..0
[..] years, & was a fit person
be Admitted Tennant, the Repr
Considered & Agreed to Grant
Cash a Lease upon & Termes
office said.

Mr. Church Warden Hussey also reported from the said
Comittee that the said Comee had Exaied into the State of the Land
at Ware belonging into this parish late in the Occupacon of
Benjn Pattman< no role > and were of Opinion that Mr. Aaron Cash< no role > was a proper
Pson to be admitted Tenant thereof, he being willing to take a
Lease of the sd. Land at £6:10: P Annm for twenty one Years.

And the Matter of the said Report being taken into Consideracon, the
Question was putt by Mr Church Warden whether they shod. Grant
a Lease of the Land at Ware to Mr. Aaron Cash< no role > upon the Terms
reported by the Comee, it passed in the Affirmative, Nem. Con.

Ordered that thanks be given
Mr Child Mr Churchwarden
[..] name of ye Parish for ye
[..] of a Valuable Bible.

Mr John Child< no role > having presented this parish with a Valuable
Bible, It is Ordered that the Church wardens do return him thanks
for the Same in the Name of the Parish.
