This Vestry was Summoned by Mr Thos. Browne< no role >
Upper Church Warden for the Choice of Ward Officers Vizt:
Scavengers Constables and Inquestmen and Comon Councellmen
for the Yeare ensueing:

Mr Thomas Heames< no role >
Fined £24 for parish &
Ward Offices.

At this Vestry It was desired that Mr. Thomas Heames< no role >
should be exempted from Ward and Parish Offices paying the usuall
Fyne of £24 and it being put to the Vote he was exempted from the
same upon payment of the said Fyne

Mr. Samuel Levy< no role > fined
£12. for Ward Offices

Then was Nominated Mr. Samuel Levey< no role > for Scavinger Constable
and Inquestman for the Yeare ensueing and he being put to the Vote
was Chosen whereupon he desired that he might be admitted to Fyne
and it being put to the Vote was exempted from the same paying the
usuall Fyne of Twelve pounds

Then were Nominated Mr. Edward Grant< no role > Mr. Jos: Adams< no role >
Mr. John Hickman< no role > and Mr. Mark Mr Carty serve Scavingers Constables and
Inquestmen for the Yeare ensueing And they being severally put to the
Vote Mr. Grant and Mr. Adams were Chosen

Then Mr. Thomas Saunders< no role > and Mr. James Spackman< no role >
were nominated for Second Yeares Inquestmen and they being severally
put to the Vote Mr. Saunders was chosen

Afterwards Inquiry was made whether Mr. Whinyard had
finished the Decd of Feoffment which had been paid for 4 Years: since
by Mr John Barker< no role > then Church Warden as appear's by Mr. Whinyard Bal
receipt and it appearing not to be Compleated and a Complaint was likewise
made that the Minutes of Vestry lay very long before they were entred in
the Vestry Booke which might be much Damaged this Parish Hived
ordered That the present Church Warden should pay Mr. Whinyard< no role >
in full at Lady day next and Accquaint him that these things not
being done to the Satisfaction of the Parish they would proceed to make
Choice of another Vestry Clerke
