This Vestry was Summoned by Mr John Dod< no role > upper
Churchwarden for choice of Parish officers (vizt.) Churchwardens
Collectors for the poor and Sides men

Mr Oyles excused all
parish offices

At this Vestry the Minutes dat 18th. of October and the 13th. of November
1722 Relateing to the erecting of an Organ were read and approved off
Mr Thos. Oyles< no role > was excused all parish offices upon his paying the usuall fine of
£12

Mr: Dawson Excused
parish offices

Mr Benj: Dawson< no role > was likewise excused all parish offices upon his paying the
usuall fine of £12.

Mr: Flemming Uper< no role >
Churchwarden & Mr: Burt

Mr Wm Flemming< no role > was chose upper Church warden & Mr Burt
under Church warden for the year ensueing

Mr: Caleb Hughs< no role >
Fined for Collector

Mr Caleb Hughs< no role > being putt in nominacon for Collector for the poor
desired that he might be Admitted to Fine Whereupon he was Admitted
Accordingly paying the usual Fine of 40s:

Mr: Mark Mecarty< no role > and Mr: John Thomas< no role > Mr: William Holloway< no role > &
Mr: Thomas Saunders< no role > were put in Nominacon for Collectors for the Poor
for the Year Ensueing and the Choice fell upon Mr: Mark Mecarty &
Mr. John Thomas< no role >

Mr: Thos. Fletcher< no role > Mr: James Herbert< no role > Mr: Chas. Ball< no role > and Mr Seymour Hussey< no role > were put in
Nominacon for sidesmen for the year ensueing and the choice fell
upon Mr Thos: Fletcher< no role > & Mr: Herbert

At this Vestry Mr Hutchinson desired to have the Lease of his house
in Philpott lane renewed for a term of 41 Years And it being putt to
the vote it passed in the negative and it was agreed by this Vestry
not to lett a Lease of the said House till within two years of the
expiracon of this present term.
