Memorandn It is agreed this three &
twentieth day of March Anno Dm 1701 and in
the first year of the Reigne of one Sovereigne
Lady Anne by the grace of God of England Scotland
France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith
Etc Between Isaac Bennett< no role > and Richard Bayley< no role >
Churchwardens of the parish of St. Dionis Back
Church on behalf of ye rest of ye Parishoners of
ye said Parish Pursueant to an order of Vestry
bearing date ye fifteenth day of December anno
Dm1701 of ye one part and Joseph stone< no role > and John
Obee Churchwardens of ye parish of St. Gabriel
Fenchurch on behalf of ye rest of ye parish house of
ye said parish pursueant to an order of Vestry
bearing date ye nineteenth day of March anno
Dm 1701 of ye other part That what forever Ward or
parish offices Dutys or Fynes that shall be due
or accrue from ye House adjoyning to ye Ipswich
arms June in Cullam Street in ye present
occupation of Richard Thorne< no role > in regard that
two thirds thereof lyes in ye said parish of St.
Dionis Bachurch shall be paid and divided as
followeth Vizt. two thirds to ye said parish of
St Dionis Backchurch and one third to ye said
parish of St. Gabriel Fenchurch< no role > and further
It is agreed by & between both ye aforesaid
parishes that if any Charge shall happen by
virtue of any Settlement in ye said House
that ye same shall be wholly defrayd by ye said
Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch to Christmas
