Auditor's Report.

£138:1s:6d. pd to Mr. Dennett
to lay out on purchase of
Security's carrying Interest

The Auditor's of the late Renter Wardens Accounts reported that they had Audited
his Accounts pursuant an Order of last Court And find that there is due to this
Company the Sume of One hundred thirty eight pounds Seven Shillings & a
half penny which he this day paid accordingly And the Sd. Renter Wardens B [..]
cancelled & delivered up and the New Renter Wardens Bond putt into the Chest. Th [..]
Sd. One hundred thirty eight pounds Seven Shillings & a half penny is Ordered to
disposed of as follows Vizt. One hundred thirty eight pounds One Shilling & Six
pence paid to Mr. Dennett to be laid out in purchase of some Securities which
carry Intest at his diseretion, and the remaining five Shillings Six pence putt
into the Poors Box Mr. Dennett's Now delivered to the Renter Warden.

East India Bonds taken out
of the Chest

The East India Bonds were taken out of the Chest, & delivered to Renter Warden
to receive ye. Interest, for which he gave his Note, which was putt into the Chest

Note to receive Dividend on
Bank Stock.

A Note given to Renter Warden to receive ye. Dividend for Bank Stock due at
Michas last.

View of Mr. Hawkins. Lease
in order to grant a New one.

Ordered, that the Mar. & Wardens & Mr. Dennett & Mr. Chamberlen [..]
any three or more of them be desired to view Mr. Hawkins Ground in Hog
Lane In Order to agree with Mr. Andrew Hope< no role > for renewing of the Lease &
make their Report next Court day to Send Mr. Hope word by Beadle when
they will meet.

Repairs of the Hall.

Ordered, that the Mar. & Wardens & Mr. Dennett & Mr. Chamberlen be desired
to view the Hall and See what Repairs are necessary to be done to keep
the same windtide & water tide.
