The Renter Warden reported, that the Master Warden Brittan & he, had proc

an Appraisor to value Mr. Blackmores Goods, which were left in ye. house and

were valued at Eighteen pounds tenn Shillings, & which he paid Blackmore
for them, and also five pounds Seven Shillings & Six pence for ye. Surrender of the
Lease to ye. Company, pursuant to an Order made last Court day after Diu

which is agreed onto by this Court.

Mr. Leonard Chapman Tenant in Blackmore's house appeared & made proposal
to take the Same for a Terme of Years. Ordered that he be admitted to continue
therein from Midsumer day last to Michas day next at the Rent of Two pounds
Tenn Shillings And that he shall have a Lease thereof from that time for
years at Sixteen pounds P annu payable Quarterly
with the Same Covenants as in Blackmores Lease, He to pay for the
Goods as bought of Blackmore and charger relating there to Twenty
five pounds and Thirteen Shillings on the S
