Lease of houses at
Westmr. Sealed. to
Benjn. Holmes< no role > .

Ordered that the Agreemt. made & Signed by ye. Master & Wardens for letting the
houses at Westmr., on last Rent day, with Benjamin Holmes< no role > , be confirmed, and
the Seal of this Company affixed to the Lease thereof now read to this Court.

Warrt. to receive Dividend
on Bank Stock

A Warrant to receive ye. Company's Dividend of their bank Stock being Three
hundred Sixteen pounds & five Shillings was Signed & delivered to the Renter
Warden Mr. Headland.

Report of View of houses
in Barnaby Street

The Master reported, that he & the Wardens had been at the Houses belonging to this
Company in Southwark , to view the Sewers there, according to the Order of last
Court, And did find that it was proper to raise the Ground belonging to ye. house in
the possion of Henry Horne< no role > there abt. twelve Inches, at the Charge of
who desired ye. Same, and agreed to make good all damages
done thereby, at his own charges, and also to carry off the water from the Said
house in to his new draine. It being done at his request, & for his benefitt. All
which was agreed to by this Court.

Mr. Wm. Dawes< no role > for
Exhibition money.

Mr. Willm. Dawes< no role > who last Court peticoned to have his Son admitted to receive the
Exhibition money of Mr. Reads Gift in the Room of Joseph Simpson< no role > , produced a
Letter to prove ye. Allogacons of his peticon, which was read, And Ordered to
procure a Certificate from the proper Colledge in Cambridge of Joseph Simpsons< no role >
being dead or preferred.

20s. Caveat money to
Chambrs. Office.

Ordered, that Twenty Shillings [..] be paid for Caveat money to the Chamberlain
Office, as has been accustomed.
