1st. Cloathing.

Then they proceeded to Eleccon, Vizt.

This day being appointed & agreed for Eleccon of Master & Wardens to govern
the Company for the Year following, the present Master Wardens & Assistants
having withdrawne themselves from the rest of the Livery, and considered of
proper persons to be putt in Noiacon for that purpose, Do according to a power
given them by an Ordnance in that behalfe, as also by antient Custome
Resolve & Agree, that the persons hereafter named Shall be in Noiacon for
that purpose for ye. Year ensueing Vizt.

For Renter Warden,

Mr. Richd. Hazard< no role > . Elected & fined Ł5.
Mr. John Wilkins< no role > ,
Mr. John Pitt< no role > ,

Mr. Richd. Hazard< no role > being elected Renter Warden for ye. year ensueing desired to
be admitted to pay a Fine, which was granted, and he paid for his Fine five pounds
Then the Court of Assistants withdrew againe, & agreed to excuse Mr. Wilkins
being extreamly ill, and Mr. Pitts, for Some reasons to themselves, and agree
to putt in Noiacon in the Room of Mr. Hazard.

Mr. Grove being elected Upper Warden for ye. Year ensueing desired to be admitted
to pay a Fine which was granted and he paid for his Fine accordingly forty Shillings
Then the Court of Assistants withdrew againe & agreed to putt in Noiacon
in the Room of Mr. Grove.
