any Victualler from
the Table without
leave

Ordered That no persons of ye. Conrt of Assistants or Livery
Shall Send away from ye table of dinner any Victualer
or wine to any Company below or home to his owne
house without leave of the Mastr. or Wardens and if any

On penalty of 5s:

one Shall doe contrary to this order Such Person shall
pay Five Shillings as A Fine

of Assistants haveing withdrawne themselves to consider of
proper persons to be in nomination for that office doe aswell
as by antient Custome resolve and agree that the persons hereafter
named Shal be in nomination (Vizt)
