To make an Order this Court that only the Master & Wardens with the Clerk
do go to Godalming to Visitt & settle their Affairs at the Hosptiall Unless any
Antient Mastershall be mindedwho shall have passed the Chair shall
be minded to go & provides a Horse at his Own Expence then such
Horse shall be kept at the Company Expence & to be made a standing
Order. Ordered Accordingly

To Report what was done at Liphook touching the view taken of
the Timber. No Order

3d

The Clerk to Read Mr. Glashiers Lease of Liphook Farm wch. expires at
Midsumer next & to put the Question if the Company will grant
sd. Glashier a New Lease for 21 years toExpireComence at the end of the old
Oneforunder the same Rent & Covenants wch. said Glashier Denies the
Company will do. Ordered Accordingly

Workmens Bills to be signed & Ordered to be paid

To make a standing Order that Musick be providedalwaysalways on the Election of Mar. & Wardns.

A Mocon being now made & the Qestion put whether Musick shod be always prvided
on Election day for a Mar & Wardns. it was now carried [..] & Ordered that Musick
shod be always provided on Election day and of this be a standing Order
