Mr. De Young the Comp Tenant in London will appeared again at this
Court when it was a agreed that if Mr. De Youg gave 6 months notice before
the Expiracon of the 3 years according to the agreemt in the Car & Booly
[..] he should be at liberty to guift the his house.

Ordered that Iron Work be put up at the end of the
Carpenters New Building Lend welt according to the middell of the Draft
now produced. [..] and the Bary to be but 3 Justice & an half [..]
as under & seven foot [..] under side of the Rail or the door
the Rest proportion able according to the Draft

I Promise to do the Iron Work above and to print the same described at the Rate of
three Pence half Penny [..] P pound and fire up the same in a Work Man like
Manner & to paid the same of the same with a proper Latch or
fastening to the Gate. According to the good likup of the master &
wardens Witness my hand this 1st. day of Jany 1739

Memdum the Company is to allow him the Smith half a Guinea for
Lead.
