the Clerk Read at this Court an agreement made between this Company
& Mr. Chapman wch. was entred on had into by the mar. & Capt Willmor on belives
of no sd Company with Mr. Chapman in Relacon to be this of hous [..] houses in Barnaby Street
there upon the Question was first put whether the said Agreement the old be Confirmed
as to the was first put before whether the said Chapman thond pull down the two
front houses which was carryed that be thond pull down all the houses two front
houses & build there on the ground front ground thereon
