Mr Warden Barlow reported that he had received Fifty two pounds for a half years
Dividend of £2600 South Sea Stock due att Christmas last

Hog Lane One Quarters rent in consideracon of the loss he sustained by Fire by a
house being burnt downe next door to him

pay his Five Pounds according to his Agreement And then they would Consider him and
accordingly they did and gave him back One pound seventeene shillings So Mr Warden
Barlow received Cleare Three Guineas
The Clerke now read to this Court A true Copy of a Bond given by the City of London
to this
Company and also two learned Councellors Opinion thereon Thereupon itt was ordered
that the Clerke do enter a true Copy of the said Bond in the Court Book and also the
Councells Opinion thereon as follows Vizt

their Successors or Assignes att or in the usuall place of Receipts and paymts-comonly
called the Chamberlaines Office scituate in or neare unto the Guildhall
of the said City the sume of £260
of Lawfull money of England on the one and Twentyeth day of February next ensuing the day of the date above written witht-
