All hallowes London Wall Merchant of the other part, as follows The said Company do hereby
Agree to Lett unto the said Alexander Fatio< no role > All that their Messuage or Tenement No. 7.
Carpenters Buildings late in the Occupation of Thomas Nobbs< no role > , at the Yearly Rent of Sixteen
Pounds Payable Quarterly to Comence from Lady day now next Ensueing for the Term
of Three Yeares certain from that time And the said Alexander Fatio< no role > doth hereby Agreed
with the said Company to take the said Premisses of the said Company at Lady day next
upon the Terms abovemenconed And as a Confirmation thereof now paid Mr. Renter Ward [..]
