Memorandum it is this 5th. day of May 1752 Agreed Between the Worshipfull Company
of Carpenters London of the One part And John Hearne< no role > of the parish of Saint Bottolph Bishopsgate
London Gentleman of the Other part, The said Company doth hereby Agree to Lett into the said
John Hearne< no role > All that their Messuage or Tenement No. 8. in Carpenters Buildings in the parish
of All hallows London Wall late in the possion of Thomas Sharpe< no role > , Att the Yearly Rent of Sixteen
pounds payable quarterly To hold from Midsumer day next for the Term of Three Yeares Certain
from that time And the said John Hearne< no role > doth hereby Agree with the said Company to Take the
said premisses at Midsumer day next upon the Terms abovemenconed And as a Confirmation
there of now paid Mr. Warden Robinson One Shilling in part of the first quarters Rent that shall
grow due as Witness his hand the day & Year first abovewritten
