Read the following Letter from Mr Henry Steele< no role > who on
Thursday in last Easter Week was Elected Overseer of the
Poor for Covent Garden Precinct in this Parish for the year
then next Ensuing, as follows (vizt.)

Sir

It is a disagreeable Task to me to inform you
that I find Business does not answer any Expectation
therefore I mean to Quit this Parish very shortly, I
have taken the Earliest Opportunity of acquainting you of
my Intention, as the Parish may appoint an other
Overseer in my Room
