Vestry desired to advance and lend for the use of the Ward towards the charge
and Expence of carrying on the said Suit a Sum of mony not exceeding £50
And that this Vestry will order the Repayment thereof with Interest again
Ordered and Agreed that the Deputy & Common Council
be desired to audit the Accounts of Mr: Broughton & Mr: Winne late
