A Rate was made for the Relief of the Poor at Nine Pence in
the Pound being the fourth Taxation for the Year 1769.
The Clerks Previous to this Meeting having produced to the
Churchwardens and Overseers the Case relative to the Charging
Mr Kynaston to the Poors Rate for his Tithes with Mr Serjeant
Burlands opinion thereon; Mr Kynaston in Consequence
thereof was Charged for the same in the Rate made at this Meeting
