Fifth

That after any Person hath served or Fined for four offices That
no less than Eighteen Pounds be taken as a Fine for excusing
him from Serving the remaining offices or office he shall not
have served or fined for save as aforesaid18

Sixth

It was recommended by the Vestry to the Court Leet Jury of this Parish
not to take less for the Future than Six Pounds as a Fine to excuse any
Person from Serving the office of Head borough and Eight Pounds as
a fine to excuse any Person from Serving the office of Constable in this
Parish

Seventh

That no Person be obliged or Compelled to serve or Fine for any office
or offices in this Parish untill he hath been Charged to and paid the Poore
Rate or hath resided as a house Keeper in the Parish for the Space of two Years.
