It is ordered by the Vestry That the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of this Parish for the present Year 1766 and the several
Gentleman Antients of the said Parish following to wit Mr Jasper
Clarke

John Freeman< no role > , Mr Joseph Capper< no role > , Mr John Alday< no role > , Mr Thomas
Layton
< no role > , Mr Samuel Fisher< no role > , Mr James Gillespy< no role > , Mr Thomas Munday< no role > ,
Mr Joseph Stokes< no role > , Mr John Richardson< no role > , Mr Nathaniel Sanders< no role > , Mr.
Richard Wetherell< no role > , Mr James Kells< no role > , Mr John Gee< no role > , & Mr John Trelawney< no role >
or any three of such Antients be a Committee to inspect and see that
the respective Tradesmens Bills and the Goods & wares from time
to time delivered for the Use and on the Account of the Poor of this
Parish are Agreeable to their respective Contracte and that such
Bills be reasonable and in General to look into the Conduct of the
Workhouse and that such Antients be summoned by the Beadle to
Wit three at a time by way of Rotation to meet at the work house of
this Parish every Friday at Six of the Clock in the Evening for the
Purposes abovemenconed .

It is also ordered by the Vestry that in Case the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of this Parish for the present Year 1766 shall
judge it Necessary and expedient to make any alteracon or alteracons
in the Price of the respective Goods wares & Merchandises to be purchasd.
and delivered for the use of the Poor of this Parish during the Present
year That then they shall be at Liberty and are hereby requested and desned
by the Vestry present to Call to their aid and Assistance the nine followg.
Gentlemen Antients of this Parish namely, Mr James Mynde< no role > , Mr Thomas
Sansum
< no role > ; Mr Jasper Clarke< no role > ; Mr Joseph Hickman< no role > ; Mr Solomon Morgan< no role > ;
Mr John Alday< no role > ; Mr Edward Manbey< no role > ; Mr John Freeman< no role > and Mr.John
Gee
< no role > ; or any two of such Antients; and to Consult with & take the advice
and opinion of such antients or any two of them; relative to the making
any such alteration or alterations; And Whatever the said Churchwardens
and overseers & such Antients as aforesaid; or the Majority of such officers
and Antients; as Shall be present at any Meeting or Meetings for the purposes
abovemenconed Shall determine with respect to making any such alteracon
or alterations as aforesaid shall from time to time during the said year
be the Rule or Rules to be adhered to & followed by the said Churchwardens and
overseers and every of them.

Lastly It is ordered by the Vestry present That the respective Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of this Parish and every Gentleman Antient of
this Parish who shall dine at any Publick Dinner that Shall be ordered to
be prepared by the Churchwardens of this Parish or either of them upon
Account of any General Vestry held or other General & Publick Business
Transacted relative to this Parish shall from & after this present Easter Tuesday
for the future Contribute & pay each person out of his own Pocket towards
defraying the Expences of such Publick Dinner the Sum of Two shillings and
also the Sum of one shilling towards Defraying the Expencer of any Publick support
at Which every such person shall Chuse to sup & partake of James Clare< no role >
