Aldgate in the County of Middlesex this seventh day of October
1762 at the Quest house of the said Parish.

The Vestry ordered a Lamp Book or assessment to be made to

for the Lamp Light for the year 1761.

Parish Beadle Mistress of the Work house of this Parish in
room of his late wife deceased.

The Vestry made a Rate for the relief of the Poor being
the second Taxation for the year 1762.
