at the Yearly Rent of £5 Clear of all Taxes.
Also that they had lett to Mr. Thomas Smith< no role >

Ground in Aldgate high Street
on a Building Lease for 61 Years
from Midsummer 1755
in Cons of a Fine of £50 at the Yearly Rent
of £10. Clear of all Taxes
Also that they had lett to Mrs. Mary Gunton< no role >
A House in
Anchor and Hart Alley
in High Street
before the Essex Coffeehouse
on a repairing Lease for 21 Years from Midsummer 1755
at
the yearly Rent of £6. Clear of all Taxes Which said Leases
were now produced and were approved of.
Ordered that the proceedings of the said Feoffees touching
the granting of the said three Leases be Confirmed And the
same are by this Vestry confirmed Accordingly.
