said Feoffees in Consideration of Surrender of the

now holds Sundry Premisses belonging to this Parish

in Houndsditch
and of the
Sum of Fifty Pounds as a Fine to be paid by the

to the Church Wardens of
this Parish for the Use of the same Parish at or
before the Execution of the Lease hereby Agreed
to be Granted and of the Covenants & Agreements
therein to be contained) shall and will within the
Space of three Months from this Day make & Execute

a New Lease of the
Messuage or Tenements in Cock and Hoop Yard
aforesd. in the Occupation of Phillip Levy< no role >
