At this meeting it is also Agreed between the said
Feoffees on behalf of themselves and the rest of the
Feoffees of this Parish of the one Part and Joseph
Dizington< no role > of the Parish of St. George Middlesex
Baker of the other Part as follows (Vizt) that the
said Feoffees in Consideration of Surrender of the
Present Lease under which the said Joseph Dizington< no role >
now holds Sundry Premisses belonging to this Parish
in Cock and Hoop Yard in Houndsditch and of the
Sum of Fifty Pounds as a Fine to be paid by the
said Joseph Dizington< no role > to the Church Wardens of
this Parish for the Use of the same Parish at or
before the Execution of the Lease hereby Agreed
to be Granted and of the Covenants & Agreements
therein to be contained) shall and will within the
Space of three Months from this Day make & Execute
to the said Joseph Dizington< no role > a New Lease of the
Messuage or Tenements in Cock and Hoop Yard
aforesd. in the Occupation of Phillip Levy< no role > or his
Under tenants And Also of the Ground whereon
lately Stood Several Messuages or Tenements
