they be both declared Clerk of this Parish and that the
Churchwardens do forthwith Certify such Declarations into
the Commons in Order that they may be both registred but if
it Shall so happen that but one of them can be registred in
the Commons, Then in such Case it is resolved that the
said Mr. Pycroft Shall be the Registred Person In Consideration
whereof the said Eight Gentlemen Do on behalf of the said two
Candidates agree and determine, That the said Mr. Baldwin
Shall Officiate and Act and do and perform all the Dutys and
Business relative to the said Office of Clerk and receive all the
Benefits and Profits arising there from both as Clerk and
Register of the said Parish so far as in the said Mr. Pycroft
Power And that Mr. Baldwin shall pay or cause to be paid
to the said Mr. Pycroft fifty two Pounds Per Annum during
their Joint Lives payable Weekly by equal payments
And that in Case any of the said Weekly payments shall be
unpaid for the Space of three Months or the Duty of the said
Office neglected That then the said Mr. Pycroft shall have
from thence forth full Power to receive the Benefits and profits
arising by the said Office And he employ such person as shall
be appointed by a General Vestry of the said Parish to doth
Dutys of the said Office Which person so to be appointed
Shall be paid out of the Profits so to be received by the said
Mr. Pycroft And it is further resolved and determined that the
first of the abovementioned weekly payments shall Comence
on the first Day of January next And the said eight
Gentlemen Do further agree and resolve that the said two
Candidates shall at any time within three Months from the
Date hereof Sign Seal and execute such Writing or
Writings Deed or Deeds as shall be resonable for carrying
these Resolutions and Determinations into full Executions
