The Minutes of the last Vestry read and Confirmed
The Present Watch house in Aldgate High Street being
Shortly to be pulled down and demolished pursuant to
Contract with the City of London and a new Entrance being
to be made to the Parish Church, A Motion was made & seconded
that Liberty be given to the Freedom part of this Parish to fit
up and convert the Present Porch or Entrance leading to the Church
in to a Watch house for the use of the said freedom part in the
room of the Present Watch house to be pulled down as aforesd.
And the Question being put whether such Liberty should be
granted or not, it was carried in the Affirmative unanimously
This being the third year a Publick Perambulation of this Parish
Ordered that a publick perambulation of the Boundaries of
this Parish on next Ascersion Day And that the Beadles of both
parts of this Parish Do Collect five shillings of each of the
ancients who intend to dine with the Churchwardens on that Day
