The Renter Church Wardens acquainted the Vestry that they w [..]
together to consider of Methods for raising Money to defray
Expence of pulling down the present Fane and fixing up a [..]
one in lieu therof and also the Expence of erecting and to
a Dwarf Wall with Iron Pallisades and Iron Gates in from
Church in the place of the Shops lately pulled down and
incident Charges relating there to

Ordered unanimously that a Church Rate be made
defraying such Expence.

Ordered that the said Rate be an equal Pound Rate of the [..]
in the Pound on also the Inhabitants who pay to the Poor of this
according to the Rents of their respective Houses and Premises
to the Land Tax for the last Year.
