Consideration And perusing the Minutes & Proceedings of for [..]
Vestries and Committees heretofore appointed [..]
[..] in relation to the same It is now Resolved & [..]
That a Committee be appointed to meet the said Mr. Barton
Rogers & their Attorney or Attornies & such other Persons as
be concerned in order to their making it appear how the said Debt is due from this Parish [..]

Report their Proceedings & Opinion in the Premises to a Vestry to be [..]
for that Purpose And that the following Persons be the said Con [..]
namely the four Churchwardens Mr. Myers Mr. Mackelcan Mr. Ackand
Mr. Hawes Mr. Whalley Mr. Bennett Mr. Watts Mr. Jas. Fisher
Mead Mr. Harle Mr. Atkinson Mr. Wetherby Mr. Johnson Mr. [..]
and Mr. Jacobson or any three or more of them.

Resolved Agreed & Ordered That Mr. Francis Hill< no role > be all [..]
lawful Interest on his Bill amounting to £115.11.8 due to be
from this Parish till the same be paid from Midsummer last
also That Mr. Joseph King< no role > be likewise allowed lawful In [..]
the same time for Sum of £25.0.0. due to him from the
And further that Mr. James Fisher< no role > be allowed lawful Inter [..]
that time for the Sum of £22.12.0 due to him from the [..]
Churchwardens for the year 1744 till the two last mentioned [..]
likewise paid.
