Attended at this Meetg. and Desired to be paid for an
additional Room built on the sd. Demised Premes over
the Slaughter House, or that he would pull the same
down, which the Feoffees taking into Consideration
acquainted him that they were advised & believed that the
cod. not legally takes ye same down & that they insisted
he shod. repair the Premes according to the Covenants
of his Lease & leave ye. so at the Expiration throf
Ordd. that the [..] Wns. of ye Pish Employ proper Persons
to take an [..] Account of the wants of repairs of the
Premes, & give Mr Hefford 3 Months, Notice of the same
