in the Vestry Room in the Church.

Mr. Dance the Surveyor attended this Committee and acquainted
them that he had ordered the foundations of the Church to be opened
and had made a more Strict View of the State and Condition of the
Church and was of Opinion the same was in a very bad Circumstance
and that the Charge to put the same in a proper, Repair would Cost the
Parish a large Sum of money and would not then Answer the Expence
and was further of Opinion that it would be more for the Interest of the
Parish that the Church be pull'd down and rebuilt.
Whereupon this Committee do desire the said Mr. Dance to
[..] aw up this further Opinion in Writing under his hand in Order to lay
[..] same before the Vestry on Thursday next and that he is desired to
and the said Vestry therewith
