The Church Wardens Reported to this Vestry that
the Cause which had been prosecuted in the Spiritual Court against
Richardson and other Inhabitants of King Street and Queen Street being
the Lordship part of the Parish for non payment of the Church Rate
was removed by the said William Richardson< no role >
out of the said Court
by a Prohibition Issuing out of the Kings Bench into the said Court
of Kings Bench
Whereupon It is ordered and Agreed Nemine Contradicente
That the proceedings against the said Richardson and others be Carried
on with the almost Vigour and that this Vestry will Indempnifye the
several Persons whose names are or shall be made use of in the said
suit or suites on Account of the said Church Rate and in Defending the
Rights of the parish from all Costs charges and Damages which shall at
any time a rise or happen by reason or meanes thereof
And for the more Effectuall carryg. on the said Suites It is Ordered
and Agreed Nemine Contradicente That the Moneys which from the
First day of January
next shall from time to time arise by the Burialls
